ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Education Department
  • a. 1 Photocopy of Birth Certificate

  • c. 2 Photocopies and Original Copy of Report Card (F138)
  • d. 1 Photocopy and Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral Character from Principal or Guidance Counselor

QUALIFICATIONS  GRADE SCHOOL LEVEL
a.   Kindergarten
1.   Pre-K must be four (4) years old by June to August of the current year.
2.   Kinder must be five (5) years old by June to August of the current year.

TRANSFEREE
Guidelines for those who lack CL/VE units:
a.   Those who do not have CL/VE units from their previous school will have to take CL/VE courses to meet the deficiency.
b.  Those who have only Values Education units will have to take CL courses.
c.   Those who have units in Old Testament will be exempted from CL/VE 1.
d.   Those who have deficiencies in CL/VE will have to take summer classes.

Guidelines for those who lack Mathematics units:
a.   A third year transferee needs to be assessed in terms of Mathematics subjects taken. He/she will be asked to take Geometry during the summer classes in case it was not taken during hi/her second year level in his/her previous school. In case of late enrollment, he/she will be advised to take it as special class during the regular school year.
b.    A fourth year transferee needs to be assessed in terms of Mathematics subjects taken. He/she will be asked to take Trigonometry and Statistics during the summer classes in case these were not taken in hi/her previous school.

FRESHMEN

Reminder:
A Transferee officially enrolled is given one (1) semester to wait for the previous school to submit his/her needed credentials (Form 137 or Transcript of Records) to qualify him/her to enroll the next semester.

RETURNEE
a.   Returning students who have not applied for transfer credentials
b.    A letter of request for re-admission endorsed by the student’s program coordinator and approved by the College Dean.

CROSS- ENROLLEES
a.   Students from other institutions may cross-enroll in the school with proper                recommendation.
b.    Present from their school of origin a permit to cross-enroll with the specified subjects to be taken.

ADMISSION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS
a.   Foreign students must be at least 18 years of age at the time of enrollment                  and/or a graduate of secondary level or its equivalent in the country of origin.
b.    Students must have an approved Student Visa (9F) or Special Study Permit (SSP). Any other visa category may be changed upon application with the Bureau of Immigration.
c.    Students must have the means of sufficient for their education and support of study.
d.    Accreditation of advanced credits earned in college or earned credits in Science, English and Mathematics in the 11th and 12th year levels of secondary education in foreign countries shall be limited only to the authorized number fixed by the CHED. Grant of credits in excess of the authorized number of advanced credits for degree course shall be subjected to validating examinations administrated by the school subject to information of the CHED.
e.    Shifting of course or change of school shall require prior clearance from CHED.
f.    The Student’s authorized period of stay shall be consistent with the length of the course of study to which he/she has been accepted this may be extended but not beyond the total number of semesters allowed under the maximum residence rule.
