1. POLICY

Enrollment in this Institution means that the students and their parents agree, without reservation, to fully comply with all the policies, rules and regulations of the school towards attainment of the Vision and Mission of the OP-Siena Schools.

2. ADMISSION PROCEDURES

OFFICE PROCESS
1. Office of the Registrar Fill up application form and submit all the requirements to the Office of the Registrar
2. Finance Office If qualified, pay testing examination fee
3. Office of the Registrar Present receipt of testing examination fee
4. Guidance Office Get a schedule for testing examinationBring test permit on appointed examination date.

After the examination, get schedule for interview

 

DURING ENROLLMENT
Program Chairperson Bring interview slip on the designated date of interview and Course advising
Office of the Registrar For assessment
Finance Office Payment of Tuition and Other Fees.
School Clinic for physical examinations and medical check-up.
BASIC EDUCATION DEPARTMENT

1. POLICY

The admission Committee considers grades received for previous academic work, the scores obtained in the entrance tests, and recommendations from officials of the school last attended.

Applicants are individually evaluated on the basis of the following: quality of academic background, satisfactory performance in the written and oral tests, evidence of good moral conduct and results of the interview with the applicant and with parent.

2. ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Office Process
APPLICATION
a. Office of the Registrar The student applicant submits the necessary credentials and documents for examination and filing.
The student secures and fills out the application form which will be noted by the Registrar or her representative.
b. Finance Office The student applicant presents the approved form and pays the entrance test fee.
ENTRANCE TEST
c. Guidance Office The student applicant presents the application form and receipt to set the schedule of entrance test.
The student applicant gets the result of the test and submits for interview together with his/her parents as scheduled.
INTERVIEW
The interview is conducted by the Guidance Counselor; designated teacher/s and Principal or her representative to further assess the student’s qualifications.
DECISION
a. The committee on admission gives any of the following decisions:

  • ACCEPTANCE for those who qualified for admission.
  • NON-ACCEPTANCE for those who did not qualify.
  • CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE for those who will have to undergo summer program for first year high school.
  • WAITING LIST for those who are given a chance to enroll if there are still slots available at a given specific date.

b. Those accepted are given a PERMIT TO ENROLL SLIP.
