College of International Hospitality Management Some 78 freshmen and sophomore students of IHM program went on an educational tour to the Mall of Asia where thw WOFEX or the World Food Expo 2013 was being held specifically at the SMX last August 2, 2013. They were accompanied by Ms. Malu Punay, Lei Bassam Abdi and Sr. Carole Capili, OP. They saw booths of updated utensils & equipment and new product ingredients. For those interested in the food business, new ideas were desplayed and open for franchise. Competitions were also held on the ff events pastry, fondant cake, coffee art, and chocolate carving among the professionals in the industry and its affiliates.
